I have ladies and gentlemen, I have hold on. Do I have your undivided attention? I have an announcement. Wow. I'm being good. Yes, yes, yes, special announcement. OK, so this podcast episode, this is a very special episode. It's been in the works for some time coming at you with a major shift that's happening for me. And let me just quickly summarize this for you. You obviously, by now, if you've been listening to me for some time, you know that I'm a big proponent believer and, you know, growing my authority and knowledge about being a modern mortgage originator, about leveraging modern tools, online social media, right, digital video, et cetera, everything under that big fan of that big advocate of that. Did you also know that I'm an advocate and fan of a more traditional approach to business as well, meaning relationships, referrals, past client database, right, becoming known in your local area and community, both amongst, like, you know, your community, but also real estate agents, which has led me to a couple of things relevant to this announcement. If you've heard any past episodes, you heard me talking about this concept of the hybrid loan officer, who is the hybrid loan officer? The loan officer, who succeeds on both, right, the traditional referral relationship based agents, right, other referral partners, et cetera, and also the modern originator with an online presence, a social media presence, who's leveraging video, who's perhaps running some paid traffic, Facebook ads, maybe Google ads, and who's combining the both to deliver the best consumer experience, but to also capture both sources of leads. Because, you know, let's face it, the first place people go to find their home today, roughly upwards of 88, 89, 90% of people, you know, start their home search online, right? Here's the other side of the coin, though, almost 90% of them also use an agent to buy a home. So what is my point in that, my point is, I don't believe that it's one or the other. I believe that both is what makes sense, the most sense moving forward for the long term survivability and relevance of you, the loan officer. So don't throw the traditional sources of business out, right? And don't dismiss the online or modern sources of business away either, just because you think it doesn't apply to you, you've been in business too long, you're a dinosaur, and you're not going to learn any new tricks. You don't like video, whatever, right? The reality is it's here to state the reality is people get business from both sources. And depending on where you're at in your career trajectory, the reason why I like, you know, the referrals from real estate agents, if you will, is because they are in front of a huge influx of business. And if you're looking to quickly accelerate, grow your business, you want more purchase deals, let's face it, the fastest and quickest way to get access to potential buyers is through your local real estate agents. Now, that doesn't mean it doesn't come with some, you know, potential issues or things you've got to work around or work through. But I'm saying is this is that to build an online consumer direct machine, right, source of business, well, that can take a little bit more time, right? And you may need to do some things that might be a little bit longer on your, your launch pad to getting that going and moving forward. And so what is this all this leading to an announcement? Well, I wanted to announce that I, this podcast is going to break down for you the details of a brand new partnership I have with a company called Bonzo. And what Bonzo is is a conversational engine, if you will. It is not a CRM, okay? It is the modern day version of how you drive conversations today. Let me give you a couple of specifics here, okay? It is a conversation software. It helps you create conversations at scale and empower your voice through simplicity, automation and authentic outreach. What does that mean? Well, it means if here's what it means. I've decided to team up with Bonzo to bridge the together the best of both worlds. My traditional, right, referral, um, relationship based side of marketing, the platform I have, which many of you've heard of, it's called the, the mortgage marketing pro membership within it under mortgage marketing institute is this thing called my agent classes. You know, I deliver turnkey done for you real estate agent classes that you teach via zoom or in person. Um, and we have a whole soup to nut system to help you get butts in the seats, help you deliver the content, the classes. It's all turnkey done for you. Um, traditionally, we, you know, before COVID, we were doing those in person post COVID now, we've shifted to zoom. And of course, coming out of COVID, it's going to be a hybrid there as well. There'll be some that are appropriate for online offline or both a mix of both. One of the challenges that I found with people in teaching the agent classes is of course getting butts in the seats, some of the moving parts that have a lifting that goes into it. And so I was always looking for a way to how do I level this platform up? How do I make it even better? And how do I help you? The loan officer succeed not only with getting real estate agent referrals, but also building your online presence and getting consumer direct business. That ladies and gentlemen is the marriage of myself and Bonzo. And on this podcast, what you're going to hear is a breakdown of what Bonzo is all about, what it could mean for you and the marriage of us together now. Imagine being able to pretty much turn key, automate. If you wanted to teach a class to real estate agents, automate the process for sending out emails, sending out SMS text messages, video messages, automating the reminders, the confirmation and the follow up and having it all in one system that also allows you to run Facebook ads, Google ads allows you to build your own personal database, because you actually send video messages, SMS text messages. And here's the key thing, why I love what I love about Bonzo is you can get in and out in five minutes or less. That's their goal. I haven't seen a more simpler system yet, a platform that allows you to create conversations at scale using multiple modes and mediums that I had mentioned. And you're going to hear about some additional things that Bonzo is coming out with that are really cool and mind blowing on the session today. Before we go, I want to just let you know that because of this partnership, this launch that we're doing, this announcement, we've put something together very special and it is a, you hear about it more on the podcast, but it's a scholarship. We're going to give away three scholarships where you can enter your name in the hat to be chosen for a free scholarship where you're going to get an entire year's worth of this entire platform for free. Okay? So that's worth, you know, multiple thousands of dollars to you in a 12 month free scholarship to both Bonzo and to me, right? My content, my age and classes, the ongoing calls and coaching and the content that you get on a regular basis, we're actually offering three people a scholarship for that. So we can take you and demonstrate how successful this is for loan officers today. Now, if you want to throw your hat in the mix and, you know, there is a application form just like submitting your application to a college or a university, you've got to do that here as well, right? This isn't right for everybody. We want to make sure there's a right fit. If you want to be considered for a scholarship, you go to hybridllo.com. That's hybridllo.com and complete the brief questionnaire there. We're going to take the entries and then, you know, in a couple of weeks, we'll announce who the three winners are for the 12 month free scholarship and get access to everything Bonzo and myself have to offer together in a new partnership to help you grow your business from both a traditional referral relationship side and the online consumer direct side. So I hope once you hear this today, you're as excited about it as I am and without further ado, let's get into this week's show. Miles and Jason, welcome to the show. Stop Jeff. Yo. Hey, hey, hey, glad to be here. We're calling it the Bonzo boys, right? Awesome. So let me set this up real quick for listeners. So here's what's happening for those that have been listening for some time. You're probably well aware of me being a believer in what I'll call, we are now calling the hybrid loan officer. I've been talking about that for some time. This is the official kind of announcement, if you will, of a more formal partnership with the Bonzo boys, Bonzo, this wonderful platform of driving conversations, which we're going to talk a little bit more about in just a moment here. But the reason why we're doing this podcast here today, inviting you the listeners to participate in something that I've never done before. I don't think you guys have ever done before is, you know, this whole like we want to help take loan officers to the next evolution stage in their career of what we're calling a hybrid loan officer. We briefly unpack what we mean by that. A hybrid loan officer is one who succeeds in both the more traditional aspects of origination, referrals, relationships, past database marketing and all that, but also succeeds in a more modern version of an originator, which is online consumer direct leads, better social media presence, things like that. Is that a fair and accurate description, guys? Yeah, Jeff, and that nails it right on the head, right? We've all been in this practice. If you've been in the, if you've been a loan officer for more than five, seven years, right? You've been traditionally doing the retail route, build relationships, which is great, the belly, the belly, the handshakes. It's all wonderful. It's how we build our business. However, the last five years, we've really seen a shift digitally in every industry and especially in real estate mortgage, right? Where mortgage loan officers need to start reaching further out, right, than just the belly-to-bell relationships. To build those relationships directly with the consumer to build their own brand in their community, right? You look at all of the competitors out there. Look at what Zillow is trying to disrupt. Look at what Redfin is trying to disrupt. We have disruptors everywhere, right? So us as loan officers, if we're going to hang back and just rely on belly-to-belly, we're going to lose, right? And so that's why this approach to hybrid loan officer, we have to be, we've got to be fishing on both sides of the pier store to speak, right? There's the retail model and there's the digital model and that's really where we meet in the middle for this hybrid loan officer, which is the future of loan officer and mortgage originating for loan officers. Of that? Well said, man. What Jason said. What Jason said? By the way, quickly, I would sum it up real quick, real quick. People that maintain a presence locally while relying on technology to meet people digitally. Hey, what I want you guys to quickly do, Miles, you see as you just spoke, introduce yourself so people can put a voice, a name with a voice, tell people who we are, what you do, how long you've been around this whole game. Yeah, so my name is Miles Miller, co-founder Bonzo, a former originator, retail loan officer, may as a team, not a giant team, but 35, 40 million dollars a year in production, been around the game for a while. We launched Bonzo in 2018. We launched Bonzo out of a need. I was a frustrated consumer. Awesome. Jason, your turn. Yeah, should I speak at a higher tone to separate those two? No, I'm Jason, guys, other co-founder of Bonzo. Same thing went back on. I've been in the mortgage industry since 2014, been in real estate since 2011, particularly in the, I was an originator since when I got into the game of mortgage, but quickly moved into the tech side of mortgage, worked with executive team, building up text acts and systems, and through all of those experiences, good and bad, connected with Miles, and we built a system that we felt where there was many gaps in our business through, right? So when you think about Jeff, and you probably hear this a lot from the the one officers that you work with, is that they're all trying to juggle, right? How do I build a relationship? There's always the ups and downs of your business. We're trying to juggle, the relationships, biz dev, keep those relationships sustained at the same time, originate the mortgages, right? Do the actual mortgaging, right? On the other side, but keep that, keep that, that leather, so many hats that we wear as long officers. So how do we, how do we create ourselves and abundance at scale? How do we put ourselves at an omnipresent level? And that's what Miles and I focused on when we were building up Bonzo was to solve that gap, right? And to really put our voice, our personal voice, because remember, people do business with people, not brands, right? Same thing with relationship building and building relationships with realtors. Realtors do business with you as the loan officer, not because of that quote on quote cool tech stack your company and mortgage broker has. They want to work with you because they like you. So how do we put more of you in front of more people? And that's what really we're solving for with Bonzo. It was actually interesting how Jason and I started working on this project because I was in the weeds, if you will, as an originator. And Jason was a sea sweet building out technology that I was supposed to be using. And I wasn't. It just didn't work. I was like, bro, like this isn't helping me actually have more conversations with those that are in my sphere. I don't feel proud about distributing this content. And it takes too long to distribute no fence, Jason. It was great. But then we got our heads together and we started rolling and you know, well, here's the here's the thing with that too, Miles is that I was on the executive level. We were building the system out for the enterprise. We were building it out for the company. We were building it out to make the CEO happy, which again, from a data organization perspective, it solved that problem, but for loan off, making the day-to-day task of a loan officer easier, it just made it more complicated. After we launched the specific piece that Miles is talking about, we spent nine months building this piece of technology from scratch, spent a lot of money, right? After launch, we looked three months after adoption. I mean, we pushed this hard to our over a hundred loan officers. After six months, our adoption rate was less than 15% that were logging in weekly, right? Weekly. They weren't even logging into this thing, right? They weren't even using this. So that's really where we, you know, the aha moment, right? For myself and for Miles, when we got together and say, here's what I want. Here's what I need as a loan officer to build my relationships, sustain my activity so I can build my business. That's what I want. And so we we wireframe that and build that. And that's what we built Bonzo for. Yeah, well, let's get real specific here. I appreciate the background on that. What I love about what you guys do and why the marriage or partnership between us, it makes a lot of sense is because, let's bring it back to that at hybrid loan officer concept. I'm a believer in both. And so what you guys are all about is driving conversations. I'm just looking at the dashboard here just to keep me on track. The first thing I saw that I loved is you guys make it simple and easy. It's your point of moment ago. None of us have the time to get caught in the various of like, how do I set this thing up? I love the simplicity of Bonzo in that the number one focus is get in and out in five minutes or less, right? Exactly right. That's the thing. So what so you briefly take us through some of the hype. It's better for you guys to say it than me to say it. But let's just say I'm that impressed that I that I wanted to, you know, introduce this new partnership to our listeners. Because if you're looking for a place that streamlines the most important piece of the puzzle, which is conversations that's that's the name of the game conversation drives business, both with your referral partners more traditional, if you will, and the new online consumer direct social media, et cetera, you guys help streamline that. So talk to us briefly about how you help with conversations. What are what are some of the cool point high points there? So let's let me back up just one second. I'll get I think there's three phases of how conversations are created. There's the acquisition. So figuring out who are you going to talk to. There's the actual conversion. So how am I going to start this conversation? Then there's the retention. So I'll start with Bonzo 1.0, the traditional model. It's a lot of people know about us for right now, which is the conversion. How am I going to create and start this conversation? The main way to we do that right now is one, like you mentioned, overarching. We want to make it sound fun because it's so simple and easy to start conversations. And the way we make it fun is by allowing the loan officer to import their personality into the system using voicemail, text, email, and video. We even have gifts and emojis. And what you can do that is either through campaigns, which are multi day multi touch point, exactly like they sound, right? I'm going to try to set this appointment with this real estate agent. I'm going to import all of my leads directly via zillareels.com or lead pops. I'm going to pull them all in. I'm going to try to convert them. Or we have broadcasting. So within three clicks, you can send a voicemail, text, and email and video emojis put it all in there, put your personality in there. Within three clicks, you can send a broadcast out to a certain group within your database. So pipeline updates, status updates, market updates, happy birthday wishes. Last minute, Friday at five. Oh my gosh, I forgot for your approval updates. You can do that very quickly through our system as well through our broadcasting feature. Yeah, and I have to say, it is very quick and simple because if I can do it, anybody can do it. But also the fact that you've integrated so many of the other, I think, elements that we as loan officers are using from multiple providers or companies out there, like you just said, I can do video, right? Which is awesome. I can do SMS texting. I can obviously do email one off personalized door in mass broadcast. And I can automate the flow of that realtor engagement conversation consumer, et cetera, and set those campaigns up so they're smart and they automatically react to how the person is actually engaging with you, right? That's exactly it. I mean, you know, we want to make it, we want to make a platform that's all under one roof, not where you're pulling in multiple technologies, all try to make them talk to each other. What really we're trying to solve for is everything's under one roof. It's right in front of you to build, get in, get out, like Miles mentioned, the five minute rule and create those conversations at scale, right? And that's really what that's, like Miles said, that's Bonzo 1.0, right? That's that's the one people to be able to see whether you're trying to set appointments with realtors or converting your leads or retaining your pre-approvals or past clients. We want them to hear you, we want them to experience you, see you, but we also want to give them the ability to apply some emotional intelligence to this to engage with the user as they see fit. So what I mean by that is I can hear you via your voice. So you're dropping voice mail so they can see you in video. They can experience you through your personality by pictures, gifts, emojis, and then you're dynamically allowing them to engage with you either through a call, a text message or an email. Jeff, it's why over the past 250,000 prospects that have entered our system, we have a 66% response rate. Miles, how many ads do we see per day and how many times does it actually take to convert a conversation? The average American sees three to five thousand advertisements per day because of that we have five minutes, is that what you're asking Jason? We have five minutes to follow up with that consumer as soon as they generate as a lead. We have five minutes to follow up them for them to remember who we are, not to convert. After five minutes, you're a hundred times less likely to even start a conversation with them. It's pretty pretty incredible. So when you look at the acquisition phase, everyone's buying for our attention, right? So when you think of building relationships with new advisors, new realtors, it's not that we're sitting there manually, banging out calls every Monday, then not picking up or responding doesn't mean they don't like you, is that everyone wants our attention these days. So we have to be able to automate a lot of those mundane tasks that take up all of our time, right? But we still want to be able to do it in our voice because like I said earlier, Jeff, people do business with you, right? Not the brand. So we want to scale that voice, right? Two automation. That's what building. It's not only all your time, but it's also your headspace. How many of us put off calling our realtors on Mondays or Tuesday updates or Wednesday updates or we're supposed to be calling our pass clients on Thursday, but none of us do because we're usually putting fires out on for Friday closings. So it's also your headspace knowing that's being done in a minimal disruption. And so what I mean by that is we engage, we, it's our five-minute rule, such as that. They can do anything in bonds in under five minutes. We also integrate with your email from a functionality technical standpoint. All the email, they're sending from your email. If they text or call you back, your phone's going to ring like it typically does. So you really get it going and then just do your thing, sit back and start having conversations with people. Well, let me move along here in terms of other cool things that I find really awesome about Bonzo. I mean, there's a lot. So first of all, the fact that you have campaigns set up and a lot of these campaigns can be templated or built out in advance for you. If you're doing online lead gen, you know, for example, there's campaigns for that campaigns for conversations like we've talked about. But also can we can we reveal a little bit like is this Bonzo 2.0? Can we talk about like the latest cool stuff? Real quick. Go ahead. So Miles, do we talk about Bonzo Absolute, which was just released last week? Yeah. So Bonzo Absolute, it's part of the acquisition. How are we going to get there? Who are we going to figure out who we're going to reach out to and how then we get their information? Essentially. So we have two great ways to reach out to contacts in a B2B standpoint. So one, we do have an integration and we're the only other company that's licensed to sell on behalf of him and mine. So we can give them data on realtors and loan officers in the market for recruiting or for appointment setting. The other function now that we have is right from LinkedIn. It's pretty incredible. You can pull contact information via a Google Chrome extension. So right on the LinkedIn profile, you'll see a button at Bonzo. Once you click it, instantly across the entire web, it's going to pull and try to verify up-to-date cell phone numbers and emails. Right from the Google Chrome extension, you can also record videos introducing yourself in their LinkedIn page so that you can send them to Bonzo presenter in their message. And you have the ability to cold call them if they don't answer, push them into a Bonzo campaign all while never leaving the LinkedIn page of that contact. So for mortgage recruiting or for appointment setting with your referral partners or realtors and insurance agents, financial advisors, attorneys, you can do that all very powerfully through LinkedIn in Bonzo's connection right now. That's awesome. I don't want to blow by MMI for those that might have missed it. Just a little more fine point on that. What the data, what that really is. Yeah, Jason, you want to hear it? Yeah. So our partnership with MMI is allows us to sell single licenses. It's part of an integration with Bonzo. So if you haven't heard of MMI, excuse me, it is a way for you to find not only other mortgage loan officer data, but realtor data. So I could, let's say Jeff, you're a realtor in Gloss Vegas. I could go look up how many buy sides you did, what your volume was and your contact information, right? I can have it all in one room if I can look by office. I can search by geolocation. Not only that, but what loan officers they're referring as well. Exactly. What your competition is. So if it's a bunch, you know, well, I'm not going to get to that, but you know who they're working with. That's part of our relationship building package under what we call Bonzo absolute. It's a product of Bonzo, which was just released earlier in April. So the next thing we're launching next week, actually, is called. Damn. Damn. Love say it's fun to say. Damn. No, say it, Jeff. Damn. I feel like Fred Flintstone. It's basically, it's Bonzo ads manager. So the cool and very unique piece about this, right? So traditionally, all not majority of loan officers, especially the hybrid loan officer, the forward thinking loan officer, they know the importance of running advertising on Facebook, which includes Instagram and Google to really get their brand out there and reach the consumer first. But the problem is it's so difficult, right? Creating and getting any everybody listening has been inside of ads manager. It's constantly changing. The algorithm is changing. The setup is changing. The customization is changing. You get it. So you have to hire a ads manager, right? The average cost of an ads manager monthly, just for the ads manager, is $1,500 per month. That's on average, right? That goes up. That fluctuates. So what we're solving with BAM is the ability to build out ads, lead ads, Google ads within the Bonzo platform. We have templated already converting lead and branding ads for loan officers that are going to be built within Bonzo and you can create an ad, a lead ad in under three minutes, right? And push those leads directly back into Bonzo's whether you're doing first time home buyer education, whether you're doing branding, whether you're doing lead acquisition with a realtor partner, we can build that we already have those templates set out and you can build those ads in Bonzo. It's very simple. You connect your Facebook ad, a business page within Bonzo and within seconds, you're running ads, you set your budget, you set your budget, we don't set it. And the cool part about this is that we don't charge a penny for the ads manager portion of it. So it's not costing you anything other than your ad spend to get those leads to brand in your own voice. So let's just pause for a second and circle back to the idea of the hybrid loan officer and what that means within Bonzo. We just talked about we have data. We can help you set realtor appointments without cold calling because no one likes to cold call. And the other functionality that we're now offering is the idea of the hybrid loan officer when it comes to lead acquisition. So all at once, while you're researching and finding your realtors and reaching out and having the automation, you're also launching ads right from Bonzo to go consumer direct to forever all your contacts right from Bonzo. Yeah, and that's why I love this so much. The hybrid loan officer, it just makes so much sense because you guys have the platform that allows you to do both. And before we leave the whole point about the online ads, the Facebook Instagram and Google ads, the other cool thing that you have that I know other people quote offer ads out there, but oftentimes what's not included or or part of that is once somebody opts in, would it would you know, I still need to integrate it to my CRM and build out the campaigns and all that. Well, you guys have also solved that problem. Exactly. They're going to go into the campaigns. It's going to convert. We even have new product called the conversation list. I don't know if you want to get to this yet, but it's it'll actually set appointments and live transfer. The leads once they've replied to the automation, we actually have a real first metal label that'll be able to take them through a series of 10 qualifying questions to then live transfer that lead to you or set an appointment right from you on your calendar. And again, that's why I wanted to bring this to my listeners because I, you know, we're officially teamed up and partnered because the thing makes sense. The hybrid loan officer for those listening, as you guys know, right? One of my superpowers, if you will, is helping you succeed with real estate agents by providing those, you know, online classes, the turnkey classes that you teach over Zoomer in person. And now I'm bringing all that content into Bonzo. So now you get all the classes that I provide. You get the automated campaigns, the invites, the reminders, you know, soup to nuts. Now you've got this, you know, all encompassing system to do, you know, to get the realtor business. Now think about what you've heard from Miles and Jason though. Now you're actually the Holy Grail. Generate your own consumer direct leads. So not just for yourself, but so you can then also start to farm those out to your selected realtor partners. And I know I don't just piling on and you want to get better at finding realtors to partner with the good realtors. That's where the MMI piece comes in that you heard about is you can write, run a report. Who's the top 50 agents in my town based on biceps, et cetera? Or who are they using for a lender? I know their weak points. I can go in and sell against them. So that's why I'm thrilled to bring this to the listeners here. On the back end, we're so thrilled to add to your platform and have this this marriage, if you will, I didn't know where announce this. We're getting married because we're giving loan officers a reason to reach out to real estate agents and actively add value to their life. No more is it, hey, Mr. Top producing realtor. I'm a loan officer. You should get coffee with me. And guess what? I communicate on time. I communicate and close on time. So that's why you should get business to me. Get better anymore. And it honestly gives you a level of confidence as a loan officer. It's why I listened to your podcast years ago, even before having bonds though, I wanted to give real estate agents a reason to work with me. And from a relational standpoint, I wanted to give them a thing of value. So now when you set those appointments and you knock it out of the park in person or on the Zoom, whatever it is in your area, dude, COVID or whatnot, you have a reason to follow up and say, hey, Mr. Realtor, Mr. Realtor, I would love to invite you to this class. I would love to help you in your business. And that's what your platform brings in table as well. Yeah. So we have people using it right now. The landing pages to make reservations for the classes, the reminders and all that kind of, they're using it. And I can tell you, compared to what they were doing before, they're thrilled. They're thrilled. We're seeing the show rates increase and all that kind of stuff and the conversations and all that stuff. So it's working very, very well. Here's what we want to do. As at the start, I said, we're doing something we've never done before because we want to do something unique and different. And so we brainstormed on this, right? And we wanted to come up with, how can we, well, obviously, look, we want to create a bunch of awareness for the Bonzo Mortgage Marketing Institute partnership and the hybrid loan officer. So we decided to put together a scholarship, right? And what this is is basically, I'm thinking it's similar to the college admissions process. And I just had a sun went through that last year. So I'm familiar with it. But, you know, not everybody gets in at the college they apply, right? There's certain criteria. We're looking, looking for a certain type of person. And so for that, we put together a program, if you will, to help us identify who would be an appropriate candidate for Bonzo number one, but number two, this scholarship we've put together. So I've got the notes here on our scholarship. What we're going to do is we are going to, if you're listening right now and you want to learn more about Bonzo, we're going to give you a website. It's called hybridelo.com. You want to go to hybridelo.com. What you'll have there is a questionnaire to fill out and enter some of the details we ask about you because look at this isn't necessarily right for everybody. And we want to make sure that, you know, whoever's coming into this scholarship that is the right fit for both of us. So we're going to be giving away a lot of stuff. You want to start telling them what the scholarship entails? Well, to start, we're giving them a year of Bonzo, right? And mortgage and marketing instance too for free. Right. So a year of Bonzo access to everything you just heard in Bonzo, plus all the 15 different agent classes, all the landing pages, the templates, the reminders, the campaigns that goes with that, a year's worth of that. What else will we be doing? We're going to give them uploaded into their account 300 realtors that are actually producing in their markets. Wow. 300 realtors actually producing leverage Bonzo, leverage all the scripts and the campaigns to build a reach out to them. Plus, what I'm going to do for the person, we're going to, how many scholarships are we doing? Let's do three. Three. All right, we're doing three scholarships. So we've got three students who are going to accept to Bonzo University, which is cool for the hybrid loan officer. And so three people, obviously, you have to apply to be admitted. But what I'm also willing to do is that I will teach one class for you on behalf of your real estate agents. And I'll include 10 books, 10 of my books, Disruptor Die, How to Survive and Thrive, the digital real estate shift. I will include 10 books as well that you can gift to your top producing agents as part of a way for you to invite agents and get them there. So just to clarify what I mean by that, we've got 15 different classes to teach real estate agents. In case you haven't heard, one of those classes is how to get more listings in a low inventory market. Hello, kind of appropriate. Another class is how to get your buyers off or accepted. Another class is Secrets of Online Lead Conversion. All this kind of stuff that real estate agents want to learn more about put you in the front and center of it. And if you want, I'll teach one of those classes for you, which I'm going to rock. Okay. I do this all over the country for loan officers all the time for companies they bring me in. I'm going to do it for for you as part of this scholarship. That sounds like a lot. Sounds like a lot, but it's going to change in life. Are we going to have a frat party too? Say a frat or a frat like a frat? No, a fraternity party. Come on. There's got to be some hazing and initiation, right? Yeah. Yeah. Let's do it. No, but seriously guys. Yeah, right. So we're looking if you're interested in anything you've heard, right? And you'd like to enter your name into the hat for being chosen for one of the three scholarships that are available. You go to hybrid. L O dot com. Just enter the information we're requesting there. We want to make sure it's a right fit for you and I. And then we'll contact you and we'll set up a, you know, kind of an interview, if you will. And learn a little bit more about each other and make sure we've got the right fit and we'll identify, you know, the three folks who get a scholarship to Bonzo University. All right, that's it. Anything else we want to say, Miles, are we done? I think we're done, man. I'm really excited to see who we can meet.
