I have become a huge fan of this podcast. I am a relatively new LO and started listening for ideas. I was blown away by how inspired I was with each episode. As a brand new MLO I find MMR extremely helpful in gaining more knowledge through renowned professionals' experience. With the changes in regulation the past 10 years and the boom in social media it appears the game has changed drastically, and this podcast helps me out where my mentors are not so experienced. AMAZING! I am a first year MLO that is searching for the Holy Grail of loan officer selling techniques. I pound the phones like no one else I know, but have not reached the 10k a month mark yet. These podcasts give me the motivation I need to build my skills. Thank you for doing this for all us hungry LO's. I listen religiosly now, and especially loved the 7 lies of success. I have been in this business for 22 years and have had many marketing ide's but Geoff actually shows how to take those idea's and turn them into action steps and validates them many times through 3rd parties. I have known Geoff for sometime now and he has consistently been a great resource of information, or a conduit if you will.
